Founded in 2007 by owner Tammy Haswell, The Upper Cut has expanded from a single station hair salon in a 500 square foot facility to a six station hair and nail salon with five hair stylists and a manicurist in just two short years - and the popularity of The Upper Cut continues to expand every month!
