Nancy Fecht Salon Coordinator Most likely the first person you’ll see as you enter our shop is Nancy, our Salon Coordinator because Nancy is always the first to jump up and greet everyone with a contagious smile and a big “Howdy Do”. Always dressed to the nines (usually putting the rest of us to shame), Nancy buzzes around the shop like a moth around a 200 watt bulb - sweeping, cleaning, straightening – and all in her high heel shoes. Never draining of energy, Nancy orders our products, decorates for the holidays, and even tends to our landscaping. With her outgoing personality, Nancy brightens our shop on even the rainiest of days and Tammy is honored to call her “my best friend”. (PS – Nancy really doesn’t say “Howdy Do”). Tammy Haswell Owner/Stylist Tammy has never met a stranger. It doesn’t matter if you met her 15 minutes ago or 15 years ago, you will always feel like an old friend. That’s probably one of the reasons why Tammy has done so well in the salon business since she graduated from beauty school in 1985. For the first 19 years of her career, she worked with the usual lines of hair color and treatment but then in 2004 she was introduced to the Italian Hair Line and her world changed. She has taken advanced training courses in Italian cosmetology at the Müster e Dikson Advanced Educational Center in Salt Lake City, Utah and uses her knowledge of the latest and most advanced color and treatments to achieve remarkable results for her clients. Although color is Tammy’s passion, she is also expert in all types of cuts, perms and waxes. So if you’re feeling a little lonely, stop in and see Tammy and you’ll always have a friend. Rebecca Ballard-Wright Stylist Rebecca – you can just call her Becca – is a wiz at multi-dimensional color and fantasy colors with a specialization in the Italian Color line. Or if looking for a smoothing treatment for your hair, Becca is a pro at apllying the new Keratin Complex treatment to give you the hair you've always dreamed about. Brad Thomas Stylist Brad is a 1989 graduate of the Mid-South Beauty School (he can’t believe it’s been that long) and has 20 years experience in salon work. Most of Brad’s previous color expertise has been in the American lines of Logics and Redken, but he is now adding Italian Hair Coloring to his resume. Always staying on the cutting edge of the latest fashions and styles, Brad is in big demand by our younger female clientele. Brad excels at women’s cuts and colors and bashfully admits that young women’s cuts are his favorite. Looking for hair treatment? Cathy Wagner Stylist Cathy is the newest member of the Upper Cut family and Oooh are we glad to have her. Cathy’s magic fingers give the best shampoo in the shop and we are always fighting to be the first in line for her stress releasing fabulous finger massage. Cathy is very excited about all she has learned during her trip to Utah to study the Italian Color and Treatment line.
